What Are You Most Grateful for this Christmas?

‘Tis the season to be jolly… for unto us a child is born, unto us a Son is given.

Christmas is truly the most wonderful time of the year! As I reflect on my blessings this past year, I can’t help but recognise God’s hand in my life. It’s the perfect time to reflect even more on the greatest gift of all which God had given us, even Jesus Christ His Son. As you look back on 2015 can you also see the Saviour’s hand in your life?

The Most Wonderful Time of the Year

Guess what? Today is Christmas Eve, which means my hubby and I celebrate 3 years of wedded bliss (I’m not saying things have been perfect but they sure have been rewarding and worth every moment of sacrifice). So yes, it’s a special time for us. My hope this Christmas is to spend some quality time with my family but most of all never forget the meaning of the season.

Christmas Memories

My mind has been traveling to the past, to a time four years ago when I was living in Sweden. My memories of Sweden, particularly during Christmas, feel so poignant perhaps because it’s so far away from Jamaica and I’m not certain if I’ll ever get to return.
